Marc D. Liang MD, FACS
Dr. Marc Liang attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati and finished his general surgery training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) receiving Board certification in General Surgery in 1986. He did a fellowship in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery at MD Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute and his fellowship in Plastic Surgery back at UPMC.
Dr. Liang is former Chief of Plastic Surgery at Montifiore University Hospital and has been in private practice for 25 years. He is co-inventor of the Lysonix 3000 Ultrasonic liposuction machine and multiple other US patents. His clinical interests include cosmetic surgery of the face, surgical and nonsurgical contouring of the body, and breast surgery; as well as secondary surgical procedures.
Physician AssistantRobin L. Chimile, PA-C
Robin is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing with Dr. Liang since September 2010. Robin graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2001 with a BS in Finance. Her Finance background includes work experience with Deloitte & Touche LLP, Great Lakes Financial Corporation, and ING Financial Advisers. In 2008 she changed career paths and was accepted to the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program at Chatham University. She graduated in July 2010 and graciously accepted a position at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Pittsburgh. Robin is happy to be performing non-surgical procedures such as:
Megan McCormack
Megan McCormack is certified esthetician and a native of southwestern Pennsylvania. She attended Robert Morris University with a Major in Psychology. Megan worked in the clinical and behavioral psychology field and realized it was not her passion. She re-evaluated her interests and enrolled in South Hills Beauty Academy in 2002, from where she obtained her esthetician license. After graduation, she attended the Congress of Esthetics to further her education. Since graduation Megan has worked in Mount Lebanon at Salon Vivace where she became experienced with Yonka Paris, Reviderm and became a Microdermabrasion specialist. She has spent the past 8 years at Jacques Dessange in Shadyside before joining Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Pittsburgh.
